The space

This charming bottom of villa offers a living room with television and dining table, a bedroom of 11 m² and a bathroom that can accommodate 4 people.
You will find a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed 190x140 in the bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hob and everything else you need to cook good food.
But you can also take advantage of the nice Martinique weather by eating on the terrace at the bottom of the villa and by making good grills thanks to the available barbecue, before resting on the deckchairs in front of the terrace.

You will have access to the entire lower level of the 40 m² villa and to the terrace of 8m².

Residential area, quiet and off the main roads. Subdivision located on a morne overlooking the Plaine de Rivière-Salée, exceptional panoramic view (sea, mountains, peaks and sugar cane fields).

Getting around

A bus stop serving the Rivière-Salée bus station is 200 m away. For your vehicle, a private car park is reserved for you at the foot of your accommodation. Please park inside the property and not on the street.
