The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed for restful nights, while the living room has a sofa that converts into a real bed, perfect for entertaining family or colleagues. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc.) blends harmoniously into the living space and invites you to share good times, whether over morning coffee or dinner after a busy day.

The large terrace, which runs the entire length of the apartment, is a real asset: a pleasant space to work in peace, relax, or simply enjoy the outdoors.

In terms of location, you will be close to everything! Essential shops are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the bus station. The SNCF train station and the beach are a fifteen-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy the city and the sea to the fullest without any constraints.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the center of Cagnes-sur-Mer but in a quiet area.
All shops are less than a 5-minute walk away, and the train station and sea are about 15 minutes away.

Getting around

Various bus lines pass by in the immediate vicinity, and the train, which is an excellent way to visit the entire French Riviera in complete serenity, is only a 15-minute walk away. If you come by car, private parking will be available.
