The space
This bright and comfortable apartment has a main room consisting of a refined and light-filled living room thanks to its south-facing exposure and high ceilings. Separate from this is the sleeping area, located in the same room but raised above it. You will enjoy a raised 140x200 bed with access via 40 cm high steps.
The kitchen is separate. It has all the equipment you need to cook delicious meals (for those who are less motivated, there is a wide range of home delivery options available).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
You can also enjoy a small sunny balcony.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, television, WiFi, and reversible air conditioning.
Please note that arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. as the keys must be collected from a nearby store.
For arrivals after 8 p.m., you must notify us in advance so that we can arrange for a receptionist to be present. A supplement of €50 will be charged for this service.
IMPORTANT: Facade renovation work is scheduled between the end of January and March. If your stay is planned during this period, the building will likely be covered in scaffolding.

Located on the 5th floor with elevator access, this apartment will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
Check-in from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Late check-in is possible but subject to a €50 surcharge.
Check-out before 11 a.m.
Early check-out is possible.

The neighborhood
Getting around
A tram stop on line 2 is located just below the apartment. This line will allow you to easily and quickly travel to the airport (20 minutes) and the city center (10 minutes to Avenue Jean Medecin). Several bus lines also run along the Promenade des Anglais.
