The space
We offer you this beautiful, fully renovated, air-conditioned apartment on the 4th floor of a building (no elevator).
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, fiber Wi-Fi internet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a dressing room.
The building overlooks Rue Hoche, a pedestrian street with restaurants and shops, a stone's throw from Rue d'Antibes, the famous Croisette, and the train station. The Gray d'Albion paid parking lot is also just a stone's throw away. You will be only 400 meters from the Palais des Festivals.
The location is ideal for exploring Cannes on foot and enjoying its many attractions: beaches, sunshine, festivals, conferences, shopping, and more.
The apartment is very well equipped, so you will have everything you need for an excellent stay.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in the famous Cannes banana. You will find many shops there and you will be just a few minutes from the lively streets of Cannes (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...), the Palais des Festivals and the city's many markets.
Getting around
The apartment is only 5 minutes from the train station. This is the easiest way to get to Cannes. If you are coming by car, there is a public parking lot (paid) at the train station or at Gray d'Albion.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. It is therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues.
A deposit of €500 will be required. This will be taken as a bank card imprint. We use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to pay your deposit online without any charges or impact on your bank limit.
