5 minutes walk to Garibaldi square, 10 minutes walk from the Old town, 15 min from the Promenades des Anglais and the sea, 2 min from the Tram stop "Acropolis", 15 min from the train station Nice Riquier
Getting around
Tramway line 1: Very close to "Acropolis" stop (5min walk) that brings you in 2 stops near the Old town, to Libération fantastic market
Tramway line 2: 10min walk to Garibaldi stop that goes to the airport in 30min
You can walk to Old town, Promenades des Anglais, Riquier train station (to go to Monaco or Villefranche), the Coulée verte which is a central park in the city awesome for kids and to chill etc.
Other things to note
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by message on the platform until 9 p.m.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your bins before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. A kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you want an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want additional cleaning, please contact us in advance, we will charge this extra cleaning.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
