Located just 5 minutes‘ drive from the beaches of Golfe Juan and 5 minutes’ walk from the first shops and restaurants in Vallauris, you'll enjoy both peace and proximity to everything.
You'll appreciate the peace and tranquillity of the setting, thanks in particular to the garden and terrace, which you can make the most of on sunny days. An electric barbecue is also available so you can enjoy your meals in this little green setting.
A bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and plenty of cupboard space will make you feel at home straight away. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob and all the utensils you need for cooking.
There is an air-conditioning unit in the living room and another in the bedroom, to keep you cool on hot days and efficiently heated on cold winter days.
In season, you can use the residence's communal swimming pool to cool off and relax.
A private parking space is available within the residence.

Located close to Golfe Juan, you can take full advantage of the beaches and water sports. You can also get to Juan-les-Pins, or Cannes, just 25 minutes away by car.
Getting around
There are bus stops close to the flat.
The flat is a 10-minute drive from the Golfe Juan-Vallauris train station.
Other things to note
A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
Animals aren't allowed in the apartment.
